The contemporary global geopolitical landscape is currently defined by a high degree of volatility, primarily driven by shifting Hegemonic structures and the persistence of Multipolarity (the distribution of power in which more than two nation-states have nearly equal amounts of military, cultural, and economic influence). While major powers navigate trade friction and technological decoupling, Peripheral regions continue to experience localized instability. Afaict, the Discourse remains trapped in a cycle of immediate crisis management rather than Long-term Strategic Planning, which is Mid at best. Idk if the current International Order can sustain its present form bc the underlying economic stressors are becoming increasingly visible rn.
